Answer:  Since June 2010 the online version of hericare-docu is not available anymore, because an error-free operation due to numerous technical changes after more than 10 years since its introduction cannot be guaranteed. For the further use substantial programming work should be made and additional licenses for the use of third-party software purchased, which is beyond the financial scope of hericare.
